Richard was amazing. Set up times for us to learn more about our cameras and for those couple who were more knowledgeable, time in working with photos in lightroom or photoshop. He was always available for whatever was needed. (Including removing a thorn from someone’s side) Can’t say enough about him - one of the best expedition leaders I have travelled with.
